We are happy to invite you to the 10-th International Conference "INFOCOMMUNICATIONS – PRESENT and FUTURE" (IPF'2020). Education and Research Institute of Infocommunications and Software Engineering of Odesa National O.S. Popov Academy of Telecommunications welcomes you at IPF'2020 scheduled to November 16-19, 2020 – Odesa, Ukraine.
Conference Scope
Section 1. Mobile Communications and Broadband Radio Access Systems(radio signals and signals processing; radio interface, backbone network of 4G/LTE, 5G/NR; microwave technologies, terahertz radio technologies, etc.).
Section 2. Multiservice Telecommunication Networks (hardware and software facilities of telecommunications, traffic engineering for multiservice networks; innovative maintenance methods; cable and fiber-optic telecommunication systems; innovative calculation methods for fiber-optic telecommunication systems; etc.).
Section 3. Information Networks and Technologies (content management technologies, eHealth, eLearning; cloud communications and network virtualization, innovative IOT solutions; Software Defined Netwroks, etc.).
Section 4. Cybersecurity Solutions (vulnerabilities of wireless networks, including 5G networks; cryptographic algorithms, hashing; innovative methods of traffic monitoring; analysis of cybersecurity threats to private networks, etc.).
Section 5. Software Engineering and Computer Science (implementation of artificial intelligence, analysis of Big Data, Data Mining, machine learning, images recognition, etc.);
Section 6. Economics and Management in Infocommunications (innovative approaches to competitiveness assessing, analysis of Soft skills in IT, improving the efficiency of infocommunication companies; innovative methods of managing telecommunications companies, etc.).

General information
The Infocommunications – Present and Future conference (IPF) is hosted by O.S. Popov Odesa National Academy of Telecommunications (ONAT) for 10 years. The conference takes place once a year.
The main purpose of the IPF conference is to provide scientists from different countries with the possibility to exchange experience, present their innovative practical projects and scientific results required by the IT industry and telecommunication companies.
This year, the IPF'2020 conference is going to be occasioned with the 100 years anniversary of ONAT.
In previous years, the IPF international conference was attended by scientists from Ukraine, Poland, Germany, USA, Turkey, and CIS countries. The share of abroad scientists is higher than 30%. For example, the IPF'19 conference was attended by representatives of 10 universities and 18 companies related to IT and telecommunications.
This conference is supported by Ukrainian Ministry of Science and Education as well as some international organizations, which requires strict plagiarism check and contributed materials relevance verification. Each conference paper is a subject of a blind peer review of three independent professors from partner universities. This approach uses the EasyChair system.

Please, submit papers up to 4 A4 pages written using Times New Roman font, 12 pt. Use single spacing between strings and the following margins

Paragraph indention must be 1.27 cm. Please, use MathType or Equation for formulas. All headers must be bold. Abstract must not exceed 100 words.
